path
• Build – Create and organize everything
needed for the learning path
• Publish – Let your students study the
learning path that you’ve created and
mange there studying process
• Analyze – Check how your students
reacted to the learning path and how
much it was effective
• Improve – Redesign the learning path,
according to the analysis, so it will be
better next time

• How to measure failure or success?
• What is the preferred time to complete

Draw the lines of the learning
path
BUILD
• Create relevant presentations
• Collect e-books and videos or other
relevant content (e.g links, articles etc.)
• Write down exercises, missions, exams
and projects
• Make contact with necessary people and
arrange appointments with them
• Write down KPIs
• Put everything in one or more learning
platforms of your choice
• Prepare anything else that could help you
build the best learning path
• Etc.
Create and organize everything
needed for the learning path
PUBLISH
• Use your KPIs to measure the students
• Guide your students when they need
help
• Keep watching your students progress
• Try to keep your students motivate
• Listen to your students needs and
requests
• Avoid bad competition between your
students
• Act properly when one of the students
making troubles
• Etc.
Let your students study the
learning path that you’ve
created and mange there
studying process
ANALYZE
• Gather the data you have collected
from your students
• Use the data to answer statistical
information
• Process your students’ comments
• Map what errors or mistakes have
been done during the training time
• Sum up all unexpected events which
happened during the training time
• Etc.
Check how your students
reacted to the learning path and
how much it was effective
IMPROVE
• Remove content that was ineffective
• Add content that was missing
• Update content that need some
improvements
• Write down your findings and
conclusions for documentation
• Reorganize the learning path if
needed (times, content order etc.)
• Write recommendations for future
instructors
• Etc.
Redesign the learning path,
according to the analysis, so it
will be better next time

  • 3. TAKE A MOMENT TO THINK… • What is a path? • What does it mean to learn? • How can we define a path to learn?
  • 5. ROAD MARKS • Modules – Introduction or Background • Story • Goals • Time Tables – Chapters • Content • Exercises • Missions • Milestone – People • Domain professionals • Service suppliers • Friends • Other students • Exams or Large Projects • Turning Points • Eenrichment Materials
  • 6. THE RIGHT PATH • Plan – Draw the lines of the learning path • Build – Create and organize everything needed for the learning path • Publish – Let your students study the learning path that you’ve created and mange there studying process • Analyze – Check how your students reacted to the learning path and how much it was effective • Improve – Redesign the learning path, according to the analysis, so it will be better next time Plan build publishAnalyze improve
  • 7. PLAN • What is the goal of the path? • What modules are necessary? • What chapters every module contains? • Which people you need for every module? • Which modules are connected and how? • How to measure failure or success? • What is the preferred time to complete each module or chapter including practicing time? • Etc. Draw the lines of the learning path
  • 8. BUILD • Create relevant presentations • Collect e-books and videos or other relevant content (e.g links, articles etc.) • Write down exercises, missions, exams and projects • Make contact with necessary people and arrange appointments with them • Write down KPIs • Put everything in one or more learning platforms of your choice • Prepare anything else that could help you build the best learning path • Etc. Create and organize everything needed for the learning path
  • 9. PUBLISH • Use your KPIs to measure the students • Guide your students when they need help • Keep watching your students progress • Try to keep your students motivate • Listen to your students needs and requests • Avoid bad competition between your students • Act properly when one of the students making troubles • Etc. Let your students study the learning path that you’ve created and mange there studying process
  • 10. ANALYZE • Gather the data you have collected from your students • Use the data to answer statistical information • Process your students’ comments • Map what errors or mistakes have been done during the training time • Sum up all unexpected events which happened during the training time • Etc. Check how your students reacted to the learning path and how much it was effective
  • 11. IMPROVE • Remove content that was ineffective • Add content that was missing • Update content that need some improvements • Write down your findings and conclusions for documentation • Reorganize the learning path if needed (times, content order etc.) • Write recommendations for future instructors • Etc. Redesign the learning path, according to the analysis, so it will be better next time
