business improvement. Deployed at the functional unit level, the EOS equips the
Functional Unit manager to lead their direct reports, front-line leaders and lower level
employees through a process to align their efforts to the organization’s strategy
Role Accountabilities:
I provided specialist advice to clients: Senior managers, managers and
superintendents in the implementation of the model in their various departments
I was accountable for the management and development of the growth and
development of my team.
Led a team of internal consultants to run workshops for our clients using the Theatre
for Industry Methodology.
In addition, I monitored the progress of actions undertaken by participants after
workshops.
Achievements:
I identified how my team and I always had issues with timing in the workshops.
Something which is vital in the Theatre for Industries Methodology.
I developed a system to guide the team through the workshops to support us save
time.
I set up a team session after each workshop to discuss what our shortfalls were, what
our highlights were and what improvement ideas to add up.
