This cutting-edge Google Glass style
headgear for airline pilots, recently introduced in the
market by Elbit is based on military technology.It
projects data from plane-mounted cameras onto the
pilot’s visor to provide an augmented 3D image of the
view ahead.

4. The flexible arm, which is armored with
Kevlar and hard plastic, contains a rechargeable lithium
battery pack that powers an "electronic deterrent" device built
into the arm's artificial skin. All the user has to do is pull a pin,
and an assailant who grabs his or her arm is going to get
zapped with electricity. The Bodyguard is also equipped with a
bright LED flashlight, an HD camera capable of transmitting
pictures, and a charging slot into which an iPhone apparently fits
nicely.
The helmet of the near future,
however, may contain something more than extra protection
from flying shrapnel.Advanced Research Projects Agency
(DARPA), is trying to develop a military helmet equipped with
technology to regulate soldiers' brains. The technology
is transcranial pulsed ultrasound, which delivers high-frequency

- Scientists at University of Oxford have invented
a rectangular cartridge that can store vaccines without
refrigeration. Vaccines must be refrigerated between 4 °C to 8
°C to stay effective. This increased cost is between 14 to 20
percent (an average of $200 million for most countries). The
vaccine is immobilized and kept in suspended animation inside
the sugar-glass. When needed the cartridge is simply screwed
into a standard vaccine syringe for injection.this has reduced
the cost.
