A 19-year-old unmarried girl presented with severe recurring lower abdominal pain around her menstrual period. Imaging revealed a unicornuate uterus with a rudimentary right horn and hematometra. The doctors performed a laparoscopic dissection of the rudimentary horn. The procedure was uneventful with minimal blood loss. After discharge, the patient was free of dysmenorrhea and follow-up imaging showed a normal uterine contour.
