This document summarizes a study examining the outcomes of laparoscopic tubal surgery for fertility issues. The study looked at 25 cases where endoscopic tubal surgery was performed to restore tubal patency, including fimbrioplasty, cornual canulation, or adhesiolysis. Thirteen of the cases became pregnant within six months of surgery, including four after fimbrioplasty, three after cornual canulation, and six after adhesiolysis. The conclusion is that endoscopic tubal surgery is effective at enhancing fertility and should be considered before IVF procedures.
