20.  In our study we had pregnancy in 890 patients in
44.50% of patients were pregnant after surgery
following OI/IUI or other modalities of treatment.

21. Conclusion
We confidently say all INFERTILE PATIENTS not
responding to medical treatment should have
operative Laparo- Hystroscopy Surgery by infertility
consultant to enhance pregnancy rate before
thinking of IVF by just seeing blocked HSG.
