Social Media Marketing Manager – Qualcomm (contract)
December 2013 – Present
 Actively managing, monitoring, measuring, and designing campaigns for all of the social
media profiles and accounts of Qualcomm Atheros, a key subsidiary of Qualcomm.
 Facilitated >30m social impressions and >25,000 link clicks so far, as well as engineered
steady audience growth of >10% for each of our 4 main social networks.
 Working within the PR team, my content has been directly quoted in CNN Money, The Daily
Mail, and other media.
 Ongoing management of content strategy amongst integrated marketing, alliance
marketing, partners/customers, PR agency, and corporate global social media and the masterbrand.
 Responsible for adapting global social media marketing plan and playbook to our division to
determine content for blog, Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, Google+, and other social media accounts.

 Managed accounts, handled cancellations, tracked feedback, and settled client issues using
various software and CRM.
