 Responsible for the creation and lab testing of all MOP's (Methods of procedure) covering
 Base Station installation implementation and change outs of indoor and outdoorbase stations

transmission systems,OC48 to OC192 Optical Multiplexers – both short and long range, Optical Channel

 Responsible for 2 staff members to make sure labs were ready for systemtest engineers and that software/hardware and
firmware were continually updated.
