2. Quality Assurance and Capacity Management:
 Successfully managed and implemented the transmission requirement for 3G (Iub and FE)
 Managed and implemented the 2nd
carrier upgrade for 3G (F2).
 Managed and implemented the Channel Element upgrade to address subscribers demand and traffic grow th.
 Managed and implemented the augmentation of cooper facilities to upgrade the existing E1’s in some Indoor
Building Sites.
 Set the VSWR/DTF standards for 2G/3G/G18/WIMAX/LTE to ensure quality and good KPI/traffic.
 Ensure the microw ave/sdh RSL are w ithin globe limits during the panning.
 Made a report on RFS feeder cable and Battery for Outdoor Rectifier for evaluation in Globe Phase 12 project.
 Responsible for pow erupgrade for additionalcapacity of Ascom, Empow er, Benning and Eltek rectifier to power
up the Node B 880 and 881.
 Managed and implemented the TMA (Tow er Mounted Amplifier) for 2G BTS.
