STM-1, STM-4, STM-16 and STM-64 all live Optical
network.
 Accessing the MUX’s on customer end and checking for
shortest route for working path and providing loop back
like Line Loop and Terminal Loop.
 Handle trouble tickets raised by customer in case of
service affected and provide proper RCA and RFO to the
customer.
 Worked on 1353NM and 1354RM Transmission NMS
system of Alcatel.
 Providing technical support through EMS (1353NM) &
NMS (1354RM) for Operation/Maintenance/Project/Up
gradation activities of new & live network.

(Tellabs 8660) for TATA DOCOMO 3G Networks.
 Configure Ethernet circuits for 3G data sites.
 Fault management and provisioning on NSN Flexi Hybrid
Microwave.
 Rerouting of circuits in case of multiple fibre cut or
equipment failures.
 Testing of ring and protection.
