 An employee is given access to I-learn platform using log in Id and
password . An individual need to
There are certain recommended and mandatory course for which necessary
certifications to be obtained by an individual on completion of it.
 There are stipulated time alloted for each course and duration spent on the
course is properly monitored.
An individual can access materials from different competency and domains,
he has option to access different threads of discussion on specific topic.
There are certain quarterly mandatory hours of e learning courses or
certifications an employee has to obtain i.e 45-90 -145 hours quarterly
depending upon the level of band of an employee.
Several improvements in the process of E-
learning
 Use of specific tools like AT & T connect software for enabling
virtual meetings through devices like mobiles and giving and having
the feel of instructor led training from any place and at any time.
The virtual meetings can be initiated at any time and people could
login through meeting Id`s. E-learning, then becomes much more real
time and gives the feel of classroom teaching.
An User Interface of Collaborative platform for experts where you
can pose questions and get reply and threads of discussion on various
technology is available for accessing.
An employee is awarded a score 5-15 out 0f 100 in their mid-term
review appraisal process for completing the e-learning mandatory
module and awarded recognition for obtaining highest hours of
learning through mail on quarterly basis for each vertical circle and
competency in the organisation

 To improve further contributions to e-learning individuals at mid level and and having ample
experience and expertise in organisation is encouraged to contribute their own study material
authored by them. This helps in enhancing internal knowledge repository pertaining to specific
technology and business domain and also helps in knowledge transfer for new employee on board.
 Special ratings are provided and due consideration is taken for contributions in mid-term appraisal
process.
 Other user interface for online assessment was introduced that was required to be taken
upon/activated after completion of mandatory course requirements.
 E-certificate is generated and percentage score marks is displayed for particular course.

Sapience is an advanced analytics dashboard that shows an employee or
manager what kind of work (calls, marketing, meetings, management) they are
spending their time on. The tasks are also separated into categories such as
sales or marketing, and users can see what percentage of their time is spent on
core activities and categories for their position. For example, you could label
Salesforce as a "sales" activity.
Users can set goals based on that percentage. For example, if a salesperson
can determine they are spending 30% of his or her time on sales activities and
closing X number of deals, they can make a goal of spending 50% of their time
on sales activities and see how the changes the number of closed deals.

  • 4. Process of e-learning  An employee is given access to I-learn platform using log in Id and password . An individual need to There are certain recommended and mandatory course for which necessary certifications to be obtained by an individual on completion of it.  There are stipulated time alloted for each course and duration spent on the course is properly monitored. An individual can access materials from different competency and domains, he has option to access different threads of discussion on specific topic. There are certain quarterly mandatory hours of e learning courses or certifications an employee has to obtain i.e 45-90 -145 hours quarterly depending upon the level of band of an employee.

Several improvements in the process of E- learning  Use of specific tools like AT & T connect software for enabling virtual meetings through devices like mobiles and giving and having the feel of instructor led training from any place and at any time. The virtual meetings can be initiated at any time and people could login through meeting Id`s. E-learning, then becomes much more real time and gives the feel of classroom teaching. An User Interface of Collaborative platform for experts where you can pose questions and get reply and threads of discussion on various technology is available for accessing. An employee is awarded a score 5-15 out 0f 100 in their mid-term review appraisal process for completing the e-learning mandatory module and awarded recognition for obtaining highest hours of learning through mail on quarterly basis for each vertical circle and competency in the organisation
