the nation state to take decisions in various
issues.

tackled within the community through
community resource.
E.g. Starting a tailoring Unit in a
community, after every one is trained what
will happen to the unit, What about the
employment ?So here we need to link the
resources with other communities.
 Networking and Relationships are the key to
Inter-community Model.
