Donnison  SOCIAL WELFARE ADMINISTRATION “Social welfare administration is a process of efficiently providing resources and service to meet the needs of individuals, groups & communities to facilitate social relationship and adjustment necessary to social functioning”.

OBJECTIVES  To understand the organisational and administrative structure of social welfare programme at each and every level of implementing organization.  To provide effective social welfare services to the needy and suffering.  To be cognizant of the importance of public relations with regard to both their own agency and its services, and the community as a whole.  To conduct research and evaluation studies on the on-going projects and about the different dimensions of existing social problems.
