12. With the availability of a multi conversion system on JIUNN LONG's universal machine, knitters are
able to produce up to 300 structures as well as rib and interlock
fabrics. To enable these shuctuies to be produced, the machine is equipped with fixed 3 track dial
system and 4 track cylinder with interchangeable cams.
The changing of the cylinder and dials on the machines is a quick and simple operation making the
machines even flexible and versatile to meet market demands.
The central tolerance between cylinder and dial is controlled to within +/-0.01mm and the driving fears
are permanently immersed into an oil bath to extend the reliability of the machine and enable high
R.P.M. for high output. Digital control panel and inverter drives are standard equipment to ensure
smoother running in production.

13.  The synopsis of Jiunn Long Knitting machine
 Jiunn Long machines are bulit with robust structure for a longer life.
 The cam block is designed for 3 tracks on dial and 4 tracks on cylinder
offered as standard equipment. It is more flexible and economic to the
factories where 2x2 machine are existed. As later only cams have to be
purchased for knitting 2x4 or 3x4 patterned fabrics.
 Our machines are abIe to run upto 25-30 RPM but with lower decibel.
 It is not necessary to lubricate the gears which are immersed in oil bath. An
automatic oil sprayer is equipped for smoothing the needle grooves and
tracks. For cleaning the needle beds, we offer a
blowing device. By all means we keep the machines from dust and abrasion.
 Jiunn Long Knitting machines are designed and manufactured by an
intelligent and professional working group with the aid of CAD system and
delicate machine tools.
 Our interlock machines are more easier to operate due to the Single needle
track adjustment.

14.  The bracket of synchronized yarn Knitting system
The bracket set is our another favorite product and designed for adjusting all yarn
knitting system in the same time, and also for single feed adjusting.
 4 TRACK CAM BLOCK
By prenise combination, our cam blocks with 3 track on dial and 4 track on cylinder
provide the machine with multifunctiuons, ln the event of changing to 36F cam
block, then more thicker fabrics with 12G below can be knitted. According to the
pattern variations, cams are exchangeable asper knitters' requirement . Also the
interchanges with 2-track and 4-track cylinder needles is for the purpose of
lowering the production cost. The adjustment of cams can be done independently
due to needle tracks being in separate mode, by which the fabrics appears to be
more silky and resilient. A wide range for the variations of construction will be
promised as well.

15.  The Electronic Storage Yarn Feeder
The said yarn feeder possesses the facilities of stop motions and yam storage. It
offers even tension and motions and yarn storage. It offers even tension and
minimum breaks to the yarns. Furthermore a better quality with higher
productivity is achieved.
 Yarn material:
There is no limitation for the raw material to be used,
such as linen, cotton, wool, silk, synthetic yarns and its
blends etc. The additional values will be increased
if those yarns are knitted together, with Lycra.

16.  Application
The double knitted fabrics is widely used for apparels in spring and fall,
especially suitable for teenagers, ladies, sport and leisure wears.
 The type of knit fabric:
Besides interlock and rib fabrics knitted on their respective machines; more
than 300 kind of fabrics with different patterns can be made on our
UNIVERSAL machines such as : brocade, stripe, crepe, bubble, double tier,
ladder, healthy, Rome fabrics and plaind etc.
 Productivity:
For 24 hours running, approx,200-250kgs of fabrics can be produced per each
machine. ( The figure varies according to the types of fabrics , yarns, number
of feeds and the efficiency of operators.)
