This would generate a pipeline of interested students that employers can then filter and directly communicate with. The process involves employers building their online presence over months 1-2, creating career resources for students in months 3-4, and then interacting with shortlisted students from their pipeline in months 5-12. The goal is to help students make positive post-education destinations by better connecting them with employer opportunities.
