preparation, consolidation and packaging necessary documents re-
quired by private entities for RFP as well as provision for necessary bid-
ding documents as required by government entities in standard format
 Maintains and updates non-confidential files for Human Resources &
Accounting such as: files of business permit, SEC Registration, General
Info Sheet, accreditation certificates, liquidation and reimbursements
 Arranges bookings for official travel and accommodation of employ-
ees through travel agencies
 Ensures cleanliness of front office
