years of self-experiences, with 3 ½ of them being taught as an undergrad in “Computer Engineer

The medicalfield is the field worked the longest.However there has never been a moment that
my skills listed above was not used while working. I have been workingin the medicalfield for over 9
years as a Certified PBT, EKG & CNA with some phlebotomy experience,most of them were beinga
certified nursing assistant; with 3 of them being Administrative. Myobjective is to remain a competent
multitaskingadministrative/clinicaloffice assistant with a strong blend ofcustomer service skills,
computer skills, support skills, medicalknowledge and communication skills.
My current certification is a PBT in the healthcare field. Myduties are to draw blood effectively
while using great infection controlas wellas following all HIPPA laws.To provide totalpatient care if
needed. To be responsible for interacting positively with patients while performingtasks such as
gathering medicalhistories orrecordingmedicaldocumentation.
As an administrator, my objective is to maintain records,handle client/customer/patient
schedulingand filloutinsurance paperwork, process claims, which makes organizationalskills and
technologicalproficiency essential. Make calls, transfer calls, send or receive fax, admit or discharge
patients, makesappointments to outside offices if needed. Print or emailmemos,received and deliver
mail. To give great customer services with great communication skills is always a plus. During anygiven
time of technicalor computer issues my main goalis to the troubleshoot my computer software, run
system checks, restore and save any important information, make sure I have a complete internet
connection, run virus software etc. Check for any malfunctioning hardware, such as overheated cooling
system in the motherboard, frayed wires,jammed keyboards,and blown monitor screen lights.
