I’m proficient in exercising industry standard business requirements analysis and process management disciplines. I progressively build detailed information to understand current state, future state, and gaps associated with the solution to be developed. In an effort to specify business requirements for a given solution or change, I collects information and I’m skilled in various techniques (facilitation, diagrams, models, etc.) to effectively illustrate and/or answer specific questions (who, what, when, where, why, how much) related to key processes, technology, and resources involved. I transfer knowledge of agreed upon requirements to appropriate project team members and stakeholders.
