1. Brief Job Description – Branch/Unit Manager
Key Objective of the Job:
Responsible for setting up new branch, customer / developer relationship management,
achievement of business targets and overall branch profitability.
Major Deliverables:-
Business Development :
 To ensure that all the budgeted targets are achieved.
 Developing and maintaining relationship with existing and prospective borrowers.
 Initiating and consolidating the builder tie ups.
 Organizing business promotion campaign & participate in exhibitions to increase
sales.
 Environment analysis. (Analysis of population size, incremental growth, segmented
income levels, socio-economic conditions, credit culture)
 End to end management of home portfolio throughout the loan life cycle
 Responsible for branch administration and basic discipline as per company’s policy
 Ensuring the adherence to all regulatory and local level compliances
Team Management :
 Manage a team of Assistant Manager/Executive/Senior Executive and provide
Training and support in team developing activities.
 Co-ordination and management of DSA.
 Continuously exploring new business opportunities
 Monitoring Performance of Sales Team, DSA.
Overall Responsible for end-to-end Processing :
 Overall process /policy implementation and monitoring.
 Coordinate with Head of various processing function and sales team for smooth
functioning of branch.
 Sanctions/Recommendations of Loan Proposal.
Educational Qualification: Graduate / Post Graduate
Desired Experience: 4 - 6 Years in Home Loan Business
