Brief Job Description – Cluster Head
Key Objective of the Job:
Responsible for setting up new branch, customer / developer relationship management,
achievement of business targets and overall branch profitability.
Major Deliverables:-
Business Operations :
 Achieve 100% of budget target i.e. Rs. ___ /- Crs for the financial year 2016-17
 2. TAT – To be maintained - Salaried class 80% within 4 days, Self-employed 80% within 8
days
 3. Ensure the disbursements are staggered and 50% of total disbursement must be done
within first 20 days of the months
 4. 10% direct sourcing of business by each branches
 5. Achieve third party products sell up to 90% of the new disbursement case
 6. Pending part disbursement cases must be review on quarterly basis and initiate
required action. There should not be lag for more than 180 from last disbursement date
 7. Ensure that formalities required for activation of ACH/ECS/DD are completed within
60days for date of first disbursement for 90% borrower, excluding the cases where these
facilities are not available
 8. Ensure 80% of installments collections are through ACH/ECS/Direct debit, excluding the
cases where these facilities are not available
 9. 98% deposit of PDC and collection through ACH / ECS by 10th of every month.
 10. Ensure Cheque returns are less than 10% of the portfolio
 11. Audit query should be less than 5% of the files disbursed during the current financial
year
Team Management and Review:
 Attrition – ensure the overall attrition rate is below 10% excluding the sales staff
 Monthly performance review with respective branches and highlight the areas of
improvement to management
 Ensure that manpower requirement at branches are closed before opening of branch
Overall Responsible for end-to-end Processing :
 Overall process /policy implementation and monitoring
 Coordinate with Head of various processing function and sales team for smooth
functioning of branch
 Sanctions/Recommendations of Loan Proposal
Educational Qualification: Graduate / Post Graduate
Desired Experience: 10 Years in Home Loan Business
