Banking sector is going to be the most watched sector in the coming quarters. There are reasons for this, RBI has reduced the CRR rate and repo rates. The debt/GDP ratio of the Government is scary at 80% essentially meaning that the Government cannot borrow much without jeopardizing stability of banking sector. The internet is being developed rapidly since last two decades, and with relevant digital economy that is driven by information technology also being developed worldwide. After a long term development of internet, which rapidly increased web users and highly speed internet connection, and some new technology also have been developed and used for web developing, those lead to firms can promote and enhance images of product and services through web site. Therefore, detailed product information and improved service attracts more and more people changed their consumer behaviour from the traditional mode to more rely on the internet shopping. On the other hand, more companies have realized that the consumer behaviour transformation is unavoidable trend, and thus change their marketing strategy. As the recent researches have indicated that, the internet shopping particularly in business to consumer (B2C) has risen and online shopping become more popular to many people. According to the report, The Emerging Digital Economy II, published by the US Department of Commerce, in some companies, the weight of e-commerce in total sales is quite high. For instance, the Dell computer company have reached 18 million dollars sales through the internet during the first quarter of 1999. As a result, about 30% of its 5.5 billion dollars total sales were achieved through the internet (Moon, 2004). Therefore, to understand internet shopping and its impact on consumer behaviour could help companies making use of it as a form of doing e-business.
There are many reasons for such a rapid developing of internet shopping, which mainly due to the benefits that internet provides. First of all, the internet offers different kind of convenience to consumers. Obviously, consumers do not need go out looking for product information as the internet can help them to search from online sites, and it also helps evaluate between each sites to get the cheapest price for purchase. Furthermore, the internet can enhance consumer use product more efficiently and effectively than other channels to satisfy their needs. Through the different search engines, consumers save time to access to the consumption related information, and which information with mixture of images, sound, and very detailed text description to help consumer learning and choosing the most suitable product (Moon, 2004). However, internet shopping has potential risks for the customers, such as payment safety, and after service. Due to the internet technology developed, internet payment recently becomes prevalent way for purchasing goods from the internet. Internet payment increase consumptive efficiency, at the same time, as its virtual property reduced internet security. After service is another way to stop customer shopping online. It is not like traditional retail, customer has risk that some after service should face to face serve, and especially in some complicated goods.
The purpose of the Project is to examine the relationship between the use of information and communi¬cation technologies (ICT) and Learning in higher education. During the last two decades higher education institutions have invested heavily in information and communication technologies (ICT). ICT has had a major impact in the university context, in organization and in teaching and learning method. It is difficult and maybe even impossible to imagine future learning environments that are not supported, in one way or another, by Information and Communication Technologies (ICT). There is, in other words, a widespread belief that ICTs have an important role to play in changing and modernizing educational systems and ways of learning.
The impact of the ICT on learning can be approached in different ways. There is no single
concept of learning through the use of ICT. Many different types can be envisaged: computer assisted learning, web-learning, computer-classes, online training, distance education, eLearning, virtual learning, digital training, projector in classroom, microphone, use of Power point slide etc. Consequently, its impact on the learning process should encompass not only traditional learning outcomes but also the use of ICT by teachers (teacher training), the organizational use of ICT by education and training institutions, and, last but not least, the impact of ICT-enabled education on, for instance, personal development, confidence and self esteem.

The objective of the study is to know the difficulty faced and the solution which can be used during the marketing of IT enable product with special reference to Ascent ITes product. For finding the difficulties and their solution , I have done the exploratory research . I went to the different organization and tried to sell the the different IT products according to their requirement and noted down their needs , demands and the question asked by them. We tried out to find the solution of the problem if they have faced. We tried to recommend them the best solution which we can provide, and we note their reaction. From this type of case analysis I tried my best way to increase the business and profit of my organization. After gone through all the cases I came to the conclusion that every company wants economical product which suits to the company’s budget, full fills all the requirements and work above the expectations. Second thing is every company believes that investment should be less and output should be more.
Today the Indian banking system has undergone significant transformation following financial sector reforms, adopting international best practices. Several prudential, payment, integrating and provisioning norms have been introduced, and these are pressurizing banks to improve efficiency and trim down NPAs to improve the financial health in the banking system. It is among the best in the world because Indian banks are favourable on growth, asset quality and profitability; RBI and Government have made some notable changes in policies and regulation to strengthen the sector. NPA involves the necessity of provisions, any increase in which bring down the overall profitability of banks; is the indicator of banking health in a country.
In this project we tried to forecast the NPA ratio of the entire bank for year 2011-2012, from the data of previous 10 year NPA ratio that is from 2001-2011. And after forecasting the NPA with the help of regression method we compare the forecasted data with the actual data.
