Ans) The ABC’s next six month e-marketing strategy should be
a) Start with a web promotion plan and an effective web design and
Development strategy.
The ABC’s must design their website very attractive and easy to
Understand, so that every visitor can understand their service and
customer value they provide. The promotion of the website should be
done so that every person know about the existence of the ABC saloon,
and they can get customer from everywhere. The web should be
developed regularly with exiting services and design.
b) Get ranked at the top in major search engines, and practice good
Search Optimization Techniques
The ABC’s company should have the SEO (search engine optimization)
Service for the best search engines like Google, yahoo, Bing etc. This
will help the company website to come in first page of the search engine.
From that the visitors to the site will be more and the visitor can be
converted to the customer.
C) Facilitate and run contests and giveaways via your web site.
The ABC’s company should provide coupon, and contest through website
So that the customer can visit the website again and again and after
Winning the coupon they get some discount and become the loyal
Customer.
Q) Identify 3 or more goals for ABC saloon’s proposed e-marketing strategy?
Ans) The goals for ABC saloon’s should be
a) Their website and saloon should be so much impressive that every one
Should know about them.
b) Their website should be in top list of every search engine, if any one
asked for such kind of service.
c) They must have the winner for every contest, and they should have
Large no. Of winners, so that customer efficiency can increase.
Q) Define events for each of the identified goals.

a) They should advertise through local print media and T.V. channel.
b) They must take the SEO service from some well known IT
companies, or they can have developer in their company who can
provide that service.
c) Apart from above the line promotion we should consider below the
line promotions like road show. That would easily capture the
mind of customer.

Conversion rate means number of visitor converted to customer.
We have selected conversion rate as KPI because, they are hard

They measure the true customer behaviour on the website, how
long it takes someone to complete an Outcome on the website.
c)Visitor loyalty
Visitor loyalty means the person who visits the site again and again
Is loyal to the company because they can become customer.
d)Task completion rate
This KPI is used to know that why the visitor are not able to
Converted into customer. This KPI helps to know the factor which
prevent the visitor to become a customer.
e)Time spent on page
This KPI helps to know the time spent by the customer on website.
From that we can know about the website.
f)Average order value
This KPI help to know the average order value of the customer.
Q). Indicate all your assumptions that you have made in assignment?
Ans)- 1. Every visitor is registering on the website.
2. Outlets are running independently.
3. Every service is offered by each outlets.

  • 2. Q) What should be ABC’s next 6 months e-marketing strategy? Ans) The ABC’s next six month e-marketing strategy should be a) Start with a web promotion plan and an effective web design and Development strategy. The ABC’s must design their website very attractive and easy to Understand, so that every visitor can understand their service and customer value they provide. The promotion of the website should be done so that every person know about the existence of the ABC saloon, and they can get customer from everywhere. The web should be developed regularly with exiting services and design. b) Get ranked at the top in major search engines, and practice good Search Optimization Techniques The ABC’s company should have the SEO (search engine optimization) Service for the best search engines like Google, yahoo, Bing etc. This will help the company website to come in first page of the search engine. From that the visitors to the site will be more and the visitor can be converted to the customer. C) Facilitate and run contests and giveaways via your web site. The ABC’s company should provide coupon, and contest through website So that the customer can visit the website again and again and after Winning the coupon they get some discount and become the loyal Customer.
  • 3. Q) Identify 3 or more goals for ABC saloon’s proposed e-marketing strategy? Ans) The goals for ABC saloon’s should be a) Their website and saloon should be so much impressive that every one Should know about them. b) Their website should be in top list of every search engine, if any one asked for such kind of service. c) They must have the winner for every contest, and they should have Large no. Of winners, so that customer efficiency can increase. Q) Define events for each of the identified goals. Ans) The events for each of the identified goals are a) They should advertise through local print media and T.V. channel. b) They must take the SEO service from some well known IT companies, or they can have developer in their company who can provide that service. c) Apart from above the line promotion we should consider below the line promotions like road show. That would easily capture the mind of customer.
  • 4. Q) Define KPIs for each identified event. Ans) a) Conversion Rate Conversion rate means number of visitor converted to customer. We have selected conversion rate as KPI because, they are hard Core focusing on Outcomes. b)Days and visits to purchase They measure the true customer behaviour on the website, how long it takes someone to complete an Outcome on the website. c)Visitor loyalty Visitor loyalty means the person who visits the site again and again Is loyal to the company because they can become customer. d)Task completion rate This KPI is used to know that why the visitor are not able to Converted into customer. This KPI helps to know the factor which prevent the visitor to become a customer. e)Time spent on page This KPI helps to know the time spent by the customer on website. From that we can know about the website.
  • 5. f)Average order value This KPI help to know the average order value of the customer. Q). Indicate all your assumptions that you have made in assignment? Ans)- 1. Every visitor is registering on the website. 2. Outlets are running independently. 3. Every service is offered by each outlets.
