This presentation is made by AG Enterprises, a Company with a standing of over 40
years in the domain of overseas recruitment, mainly to gulf countries.
The objective of this presentation is to apprise the viewers on the capabilities of AG
Enterprises to be their most valued Service Provider for manpower supplies from
India and neighboring countries of India, Nepal, Sri Lanka and Bangladesh. Since
the recruitment process is the same, we can provide manpower to any part of the
world.

1. Introduction
Our core business activity is OVERSEAS RECRUITMENT, and all
supporting activities associated with it.
1984. It has since been revised twice, and all Recruitment
Agencies in India are governed by it.
AG Enterprises is one of the earliest Recruitment Agencies set up
in India in 1974, by Mr. Mohammed Yusuf Ansari to facilitate
overseas recruitment, mainly to Arabian countries. Ten years
later, Government of India promulgated a law governing
overseas recruitment activities, called Indian Emigration Rules

Even though we are ultimately a commercial entity, our commercial
interests are always subservient to business ethics and integrity. This has
carried us through highs and lows during the last 40 years, and has helped us
build a brand image that is respected and trusted. Many of our clients are
referred to us by our satisfied clients, and many candidates approach us on
recommendation of their friends and relatives who have been deployed
through our Organization.

 Offices in the central business district, and heart, of Mumbai, the financial capital of
India. Extremely well connected with trains, buses, and domestic and international
Airports.
 Office area about 1,800 sq.ft.
 PC Workstations for all employees, connected with Servers.`
 A database of lakhs of candidates of various positions, added and updated
regularly. In addition, we also have access to various third party portals that provide
access to millions of interested applicants.
 And, last but not the least, our people, totaling 38, and hundreds of Associates
 A network of Associates in all important industrial towns of India, who closely work
with us in mobilizing suitable candidates from all over India.
 A network of professional Recruitment Agencies, as our Associates, in the neighboring
countries of Nepal, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh and Pakistan. We coordinate with them on
behalf of our clients, so that the client gets a one-window service for their manpower
requirement from all these countries.
 A well furnished Interview hall that can accommodate over 2,000 people at a time.
 A trade test center at 10 minutes drive from our office. Our clients can witness the
trade tests, if so desired, after the table interviews. The Trade Test Center has all
required facilities, and has been approved by organisations like Larsen & Toubro.

This technique is based upon certain trends of the customer needs; some of
which are as follows:
It is important to correctly understand client needs, which some times are
explicit (in the form of a formal Job Descriptions), but often implicit, because
the client expects us to understand his requirements without his explicit advise.
We have developed this technique, based upon our 40 years of experience,
and have not disappointed our clients in this regard.
 Providing quality personnel is the outcome of a careful planning, implemented
by a set of highly qualified and experienced personnel.
8. The Art & Science of Shortlisting candidates
 Recruitment is both an Art and a Science.
 It is an art to assess a person’s real intention to work overseas, no matter how
much interest he shows in the beginning.
 It is an art to identify a genuine profile from an copy-and-pasted one, as to
identify fake qualification and experience certificates..
 It is both Art and Science to design an assessment questionnaire to reflect
client needs;
 It is a Science to match a profile to client needs,, and grade it according to
the assessment parameters.
 And it is a pure Art to counsel a candidate who is confused and in two minds
about his career prospects.
