WORK EXPERIENCE
September 2015 – Present
Regional Manager- WED2B Bridal
Since joining WED2B in September I started by managing the largest store in the company in
Southampton. I am now the regional manager looking after 6 stores in the South East. We are
a high turnover business both in revenue and footfall. The stores have large teams of 11-16
staff members. Three of the stores in my region are the companies top performing and
busiest stores. I visit all stores weekly and help with establishing company policies and
guidelines, sharing best practise and supporting the store managers to develop their teams
and achieve KPI targets and deliver exceptional customer service. I have been heavily
involved in opening four of the six stores in my area- including staff recruitment, stock
management and manager training. My day to day responsibilities as Regional Manager
include: figures analysis of both my own store and regional stores, Stock Adjustments and
investigations, Health and Safety assessor for regional stores, HR contact for stores assisting
with disciplinary processes/recruitment and development, Monitoring KPIs (ATV, UPT and
conversion ) to develop business plan to push teams and achieve targets.

Store Manager- PANDORA
1
I joined the Drakes group as their Poole Pandora store manager in June 2014. Drakes are a
Plymouth based family Jewellers who own PANDORA Jewellery franchises in the South. I
was part of the set up for their new Store which opened in Poole in September. It was a
fantastic experience as I could help organise a recruitment day and hire each team member
followed by training days I planned in the Bournemouth store. The focus was on the
PANDORA way of selling and brand expectations. Since the store has opened I have
nurtured a very sales focused team who are driven by KPIs. I feel it is important to have a
team focus as well as individual challenges and opportunities. My key responsibilities are:
Training and development: The team have monthly reviews in which we set goals and
focuses for the coming month and monitor their development. I also conduct two sales
observations a week to ensure the teams are maintaining the PANDORA standards. I also
have the team in for a monthly training sessions focusing on different areas of the mystery
shop criteria.
Targets: I set the team daily targets and challenges to help focus their attentions on our
figures to get us to target. I feel it is important for the team to focus on their figures and
understand the importance of their individual performance towards the success of the store.
