12. The college’s annual appointment, reappointment, and
continuing contract policies and procedures document provide
an exhaustive list of activities utilizing the following rating
system
◦ 4.0 = Exceeds Expected Performance
◦ 3.0 = Meets Expected Performance
◦ 2.0 = Performance Improvement Required
◦ 1.0 = Unacceptable Performance
Success for continuing contract is an aggregate score of 3.0 or
better, with no less than 2.0 in any individual category
The college’s promotion document also provides an exhaustive
list of activities utilizing a set type and number of indices based
on the level of promotion – from Instructor to Assistant Professor
to Associate Professor and to full Professor.
13. Each of the 3 weeks of Module One will
