It involves multiple phases including a JAD plan session to define the project scope and design sessions. In the design sessions, a JAD team models processes and data, designs interfaces, and documents requirements to develop a solution that meets business objectives. Post-JAD analysis and post-project analysis are conducted to evaluate what can be improved for future projects.
