 For identification of any organisation in
international forum it require new certification
 Certification is the mechanism by which customer
place confidence in company
 To compete in domestic market
 To sell in European union market
 To improve the quality system
 To minimize repetitive auditing by similar and
different customers or system.

 Create an application/contract-
usually define right & obligation of both parties
include liability issue ,confidentiality & access right
 Quality document review-
The ISO audit will view all your quality manual
& documents related various policies procedure
being followed in organisation( Review of existing
work will help the ISO officer identify possible gap
against requirement of ISO standard.

 Make an action plan- prepare task that have to
change . We have to give training to employs for
new document

1) Stage – ISO audit changes made by you in
organisation & try identify possible non
conformities
2) Stage- After all required changes are done . Iso
Done Final audit. If they satisfied they prepare final

conformities are addressed & all finding are put in
ISO audit reports & forward it to registrar will
grant you ISO certification
 Surveillance Audits-conduct to insure ISO quality

Purpose of ISO  For identification of any organisation in international forum it require new certification  Certification is the mechanism by which customer place confidence in company  To compete in domestic market  To sell in European union market  To improve the quality system  To minimize repetitive auditing by similar and different customers or system.
  • 7. Principle  Principle 1- Customer focused organization Organizations depend on their customers and therefore should understand current and future customer needs, meet customer requirements and strive to exceed customer expectations.
  • 8. Principle  Principle 2- Leadership Leaders establish unity of purpose and direction of the organization. They should create and maintain the internal environment in which people can become fully involved in achieving the organization’s benefit.

Principle  Principle 3- Involvement of People People at all levels are the essence of an organization and their full involvment enables their abilities to be used for the organization’s benefit.  Principle 4- Process Approach A desired result is achieved more efficiently when related resources and activities are managed as a process.

We have to give training to employs for new document  Inetial cetification audit 1) Stage – ISO audit changes made by you in organisation & try identify possible non conformities 2) Stage- After all required changes are done . Iso Done Final audit. If they satisfied they prepare final Iso Audit report

Process of ISO certification  Completing the Iso Certificate – after all non conformities are addressed & all finding are put in ISO audit reports & forward it to registrar will grant you ISO certification  Surveillance Audits-conduct to insure ISO quality standard are being Manitained & conduct time to time
