Auto face annotation is an important role for many real-world multimedia applications. Recently search based face annotation paradigm is one of the research challenge in computer vision and image analysis. In this paper, we present the problem is to annotate the most weakly labeled facial images are duplicate names, noisy and incomplete. To handle this problem we used an effective semi-automatic annotation methodology with unsupervised label refinement (ULR) approach for refining the labels in facial images by using some machine learning techniques and fuzzy clustering-based approximation algorithm is used to improve the scalability considerably. Finally to develop an optimization algorithm for solving a large scale learning task. The result of this proposed ULR algorithm can improve the performance than other ULR algorithms in weak label matrix.

Abstract
Face recognition plays vital role for authenticating system. Human Face recognition is a challenging task in computer vision and pattern recognition. Face recognition has attracted much attention due to its potential value in security and law enforcement applications and its theoretical challenges. Different methods are used for feature extraction and classification. Kernel fisher analysis is used for feature extraction. The performance analysis for Euclidean, support vector machine is evaluated. The whole process is done using MATLAB software. A set of 10 person real time images is taken for our work. The classifier recognizes the similar posture as an output.
Enhanced Thinning Based Finger Print RecognitionIJCI JOURNAL
This paper is the implementation of fingerprint recognition system in which the matching is done using the
Minutiae points. The methodology is the extracting & applying matching procedure on the Minutiae points
between the sample fingerprint & fingerprint under question. The main functional blocks of this system
follows steps of Image Thinning, Image Segmentation, Minutiae (feature) point Extraction, & Minutiae
point Matching. The procedure of Enhanced Thinning included for the purpose of decreasing the size of the
memory space used by the fingerprint image database.
Abstract: Face Recognition appears to be an integral part in human-computer interfaces and eservices. To carry out security and fault tolerance various Image Processing techniques have been incorporated using ‘Curse of Dimensionality’ that refers to Classifying a pattern with high dimensions that requires a large number of training data. A face recognition & Detection system is a computer-driven application for automatically identifying or verifying a person from still or video image. It does that by comparing selected facial features in the live image and a facial database where the system returns a possible list of faces corresponding to training samples from the database. The nodal points are measured creating a numerical code, called a faceprint, representing the face in the database. Relatively many techniques are used. Image processing technique has been implemented using Feature extraction by Gabor Filters and database training data using Neural Networks. Multiscale resolution and matrix sampling is efficiently performed using this technique.

Face recognition is one the most interesting topic in the field in computer vision and image processing.
Face recognition is a processing system that recognizes and identifies individuals human by their faces.
Automatic face recognition is powerful way to provide, authorized access to control their system. Face
recognition has many challenging problems (like face pose, face expression variation, illumination
variation, face orientation and noise) in the field of image analysis and computer vision. This method is
work on feature extraction part of face recognition. New way to extract face feature using LD-BGP code
operator it is like LGS and LBP feature extraction operator. In our LD-BGP-code operator work in two
direction first linear then diagonal. In both direction, its create eight digits code to every pixel of image.
Means of these two directional are taken so that is cover all neighbor of center pixel. First linear direction,
only horizontal and vertical pixel are taken. Second diagonal direction only diagonal pixels taken. In
matching phase, we use Euclidean distance to match a face image. We perform the Linear and diagonal
directional operator method on face database ORL. We get accuracy 95.3 %. LD-BGP method also works
on different type image like illuminated and expression variation image.

An Image Based PCB Fault Detection and Its Classificationrahulmonikasharma
The field of electronics is skyrocketing like never before. The habitat for the electronic components is a printed circuit board (PCB). With the advent of newer and finer technologies it has almost become impossible to detect the faults in a printed circuit board manually which consumes lot of manpower and time. This paper proposes a simple and cost effective method of fault diagnosis in a PCB using image processing techniques. In addition to fault detection and its classification this paper addresses various problems faced during the pre-processing phase. This paper overcomes the drawbacks of the previous works such as improper orientations of the image and size variations of the image. Basically image subtraction algorithm is used for fault detection. The most commonly occurring faults are concentrated in this work and the same are implemented using MATLAB tool.

The study investigated the design optimization of these hybrid systems, focusing on understanding solar radiation patterns, identifying geographical influences on solar radiation, formulating a mathematical model for system optimization, and determining the optimal configuration of PV panels and pumped hydro storage. Through a comparative analysis approach and eight weeks of data collection, the study addressed key research questions related to solar radiation patterns and optimal system design. The findings highlighted regions with heightened solar radiation levels, showcasing substantial potential for power generation and emphasizing the system's efficiency. Optimizing system design significantly boosted power generation, promoted renewable energy utilization, and enhanced energy storage capacity.
