nursing interventions focus not only on the patients physical needs, but also their emotional and
spiritual needs. I have always interacted with my patient with caring, kindness, gentleness and
patience. Moreover, I made them feel valued by being kind, compassionate, and ready to listen to their

In both stories, Glass plays an important role in the trapping expedition that he is on. In the beginning
of the movie Glass is a guide for a return trip to a nearby fort after a successful trapping mission.

a critical portion of the story because it is the first action that eventually develops the story into the
epic tale that it is. Another important aspect that both the book and film have is the conflict with the
ruthless native Ree tribe. In the book, the Ree tribe was intent on killing all the white settlers along the
Grand River. In comparison to the movie in which the Ree were killing American trappers along the
Grand River in an attempt to find the chief s missing daughter. The most significant section of the
book was when Glass was brutally mauled by ta bear. The book had a very detailed account of Glass
running into a large sow with her two cubs, and Glass was able to shoot the sow from close range as it
barreled towards him. The movie took a more theatrical approach with Glass being initially knocked
to the ground and mauled by the bear and then after it came back for a second attack he shot it.
Despite the discrepancies, both have a large sow accompanied by two cubs, and the cubs are the first
thing that he sees. Additionally, despite Glass s different initial run in with the bear he still shoots it as
it charges him for it to later die and fall on top of him. After being severely injured Glass is left behind
with John Fitzgerald and Jim Bridger. The book has the two abandon the camp to avoid being detected
by a Ree hunting party that is near their campsite and in the process, they take all of Glass s
possessions. The movie has the exact same thing happen except there was not an actual Ree hunting
party. Instead, Fitzgerald made up the lie so he could convince

My grandmother name is Maria Jimenez and she is the mother of my father who was born on January

Observation Of A Local Outdoor Park
Observation of Setting:
The setting of my observation 2 took place in a local outdoor park. It was a new park that opened
maybe a few months ago down the street from my house, and you could easily tell that it was catered
towards the younger age group due to the safety mechanisms and the big, bright, and colorful designs.
I chose to observe the same child as I did last time, 3 year old Emmanuel. The observation took place
around the same time as observation 1, which is basically after his mother got off work and picked
him up for school. However, instead of observing little Emmanuel alone by himself, I was able to
observe him play in a group setting. Ironically, at the park there were about three other children his
age playing, a 1 year old who looked liked he was just learning to walk and struggling, an older child
