 Shailesh Trivedi had one goal in his life .
 He wanted to become teacher so that he can
contribute to society.
 His role model is Prof. R. D. Pancholi who used to be
his teacher.
 At beginning of his career, he had to face many
challenges but he always took challenges as
opportunity and faced them strongly.
JOB SATISFACTION
 For Mr. Sailesh Trivedi job satisfaction is internal
satisfaction.
 He is satisfied with his work when his students gain
more and more knowledge and become successful in
life.
 In his career he has faced his juniors not working
according to his expection .
 He tries to find out the reason for it and motivate
them to work and help them in work.
 In his career when he faced his seniors not supporting
him according to his expection, he talked to them and
tried to convince them for support.
 By teaching students, he is serving the society as they
are future of the nation.
 So he is contributor.
VISION
 His short term vision is to get good results in board
exam.
 His long term vision is to promote students and to
motivate them to become successful person in life.
MESSAGE FOR ENGINEERS
 He suggested that engineers must try their level best
to solve real time problems and help the society to
develop.
 Being open to learning and growing all the time makes
him lively and gives him satisfaction in his life.
 Three things that matter most for him are stable and
comfortable family life ,trust of people around him,
inner contentment .
