4. WHO IS A CONTRIBUTER~
Contributors is a person who can do
something for society.
Conributors have a wider view of their work
and thus take pride in doing their work well.
The contributor’s focus is on achieving the
larger goals of the team, rather than focusing
only on his/her own personal success.
5. EXPERIENCE AND VISION~
Mr. Atul has experience of eight years in the
field of education.His thought says that
experience is the best teacher.
Experience has taught us a lot.
His work is his goal.Goal is a crystallized
concept of his ideas or dreams which is
given a definite deadline.
Success and goal are two sides of one coin.
6. QUALITIES OF SUCCESSFUL PERSON~
To be successful,one requires qualities such
as honesty, patience,passion,vision-courage
and hard work.
Intense hard work along with great skills shall
help you to win one success after another.
Successful people take the time to outline
what they want,and creat a strategy to help

7. OPPORTUNITIES OR HURDLE~
He has faced many ups and downs during
my career. He has failed every now and then
but ihe consider his failures as his teacher.
He has always taken the challenges as his
greatest opportunities.
The life is full of challenges.The challenges
are the master keys of unlocking the
success.
8. Job satisfaction is more of a plesant journey.
The first aspect that comes to mind when we
think of job satisfaction externally and
internally is the rewards a person gets while
doing his job.
The reward is considered as prestige a
person gets for actually doing a job.
He doesn’t believe in opportunities as his
work is his purpose vision.
9. If his juniors are not working according to his
expectations, He does not want to destroy their
intrinsic motivation by spoon-feeding them with
his thoughts.
He want them to explore the problem in their
own ways and think about it themselves.
He can convince his seniors or authorities with
honest and moral work.
He can make them covince by turning
challenges into success.
10. SUGGESTION~
To get success, think high,think fast,think
ahead as ideas are not one’s monopoly.
The new generation is dull without the
youth.this generation is given energy by the
youth.
“the nothing like anything, youth is everything
for nation.”

Failures in getting success are his life
experience. He consider failures as his
preceptor since what he is today is due to
failures.

As no one is a perfect contributer but for me
he is a contribouter.
But I think he always try to become perfect
