2. Introduction
• Internet of Things ( IoT ) :Connects the physical
world(all physical things)to the internet i.e. creating a
smart world.
• Thing could be of any Appliances , vehicles ,
Buildings, Goods, Machines etc. which can turn into
smart ones by connecting to the internet.
• We can do a thing into smart thing by giving a unique
identity to thing(is given by current addressing
protocol ’IP’) which makes them to connect with
world and provide with sensing technology which
enables the things to communicate with world around
it and we can control the things by small and better
electronic circuits.

3. WHAT WE WILL DO WITH IT?
• Connect with things and learn about things i.e.in a complete new way of
interaction.
• Monitor things or observe things which strengths security and safety.
• Manage things: This looks for renewable resources and matters in energy
efficiency.
• Control things and automation.
• We can play with things.
• Initiates new ways in searching things.

4. Latest trends in Internet of Things(IoT)
• Smart phones:It is the latest trend in IoT. It is the primary gateway of
IoT. Smart phones connects with every location with the help of the
Internet.It provides security of data and enables us to control things
with the help of software applications.
• Big-data strageties:It includes data sets with sizes beyond the ability
of commonly used tools to capture, curate, manage and process data
with an elapsed time. Big data can be described by the characteristics
: velocity , variety , volume , complexity , variability , veracity.
• Hybrid cloud-computing: Is a cloud environment in which an
organisation provides and manages some resources in-house and has
other provide externally.
• One can see a lot of change in Gaming field. By superimposing camera
of the smart phone on the outside environment we can had a new
game by this way.
• Smart meters which communicate with appliances and grid and
checks for the energy renewable sources and helps in energy
conservation.

5. IMPACT OF IoT IN FUTURE:
• We can see around millions of things connected to Internet.
• Artificial Intelligence will be a big impact and this AI will
allocates resources according to the human needs.
• IoT presents Utopia or possibly its elements for controlling
Traffic, in managing renewable resources, citizens health and
providing precautions about citizens’ safety and security.
• In medical fields, IoT plays a caring role like observing and
monitoring heart problems with the help of web linked smart
phones like cardiac app. E-health and Tele Medicine are the big
areas in IoT.
• Reality search engines will be possible because of IoT(
Everything will be locatable in this web connected
environment).
• Technocracy
• Transforms the phase of the marketing industry.
• Vulnerable to weapons of massive disruption in terms of safety
and security.

6. Interest areas
IoT will change our lives and it is happening now. It is not
actually full of much complexity. Today corporate societies
are investing on IoT. It is happening now. It is to provide
good service for common man.so I just not want to leave it to
technologists and loving to do my part to give a change for
better future. If I get an internship I would like to learn more
about IoT and the design of the smart devices. This intern
will surely makes an good impact on my ideas which is on
the design of energy efficient devices completely in a smart
way.
