LOL and emojis can be over done and distract from
productive communication. Keep them to a minimum so
as to not irritate anyone.

7. Patience is a virtue – practice it
Some people are just not tech savvy or are just
starting to learn technology.

8. Keep emotions/aggression in check
There is no room for insulting, intimidating or
bullying others.
