3. Response to Personality Test
• I don’t agree with the site’s conclusion because I don’t agree with
any personality tests. There is no way a 40-question test can
completely analyze anyone’s personality because humans aren’t
that simple. It was clear to me while taking the quiz which
questions would lead to which results. If I had answered, “pollution
makes me angry,” the quiz would say I’m a nature lover, which is
exactly what it did. Although I don’t agree with personality tests
and find the questions blatant in their intentions, there are some
aspects that may truly reflect qualities in my personality. For
example, I scored highly in interpersonal and I would consider
myself in-tune with other’s emotions and able to understand how
people are feeling and what to say to make them feel comforted.
On the other hand, I was expecting to score higher in “word smart”
because I have always considered myself to be a cunning linguist.
4. Interpersonal
• In the developmental psychology unit, we
could write certain things about our
personality that explain who we are and then
“meet” each other and establish friendships.
5. Musical
• In the Learning topic, we could attempt to
learn a song on an instrument of choice. This
would not only introduce music to people who
may have never tried it, but it would also be
challenging mentally and physically.
6. Naturalistic
• In the Neuroscience and Behavior topic, we
could study why certain animals behave the
way they do, such as lemmings committing
suicide.
