IDEA FOR A BODY SPRAY
• We had a number of ideas of what our body spray should be.
• Initially we aimed for our body spray to be aimed specifically for men's.
• After we decided to change our idea and for it to be aimed at teenage girls. The name
of that product was called ‘Essence Of Quotes’
• We had created a prototype of our previous body spray and we all came to an
agreement that it would not gain as much attention as it deserved.
• We have all decided as a group that our new product should be called ‘inspire’

STORYBOARD
• This was Initial idea of what we wished our advert would be like. We wanted to create
a surreal adverts in which our previous product would be the main center of the
advert.
TARGET AUDIENCE
• As a whole, we have decided that our target audience should be aimed specifically at
teenage girls from the ages 14+
• The reason we chose our target audience is because the idea of reading inspirational
quotes would appeal to that audience.
RATE CARD
• A rate card shows the airtime cost of advertisements at a particular time. We decided
that the ideal time to air our body spray advert would be in the evening time( 21:30),
in-between movies and dramas as our target audience is for teenagers, we believe that
the younger generation tune into a TV programme around this time as during the day
they could be working/college etc. so this is the most popular time teenagers will be
available to watch television . The cost of this is going to be considerably higher with
prices such as £13,270 for one advert however, in our opinion this is worth it as we can
grab the demographics attention and persuade them to buy the product.
