→Our Government are related to three organs – namely
Legislature, Executive & Judiciary.
→Legislature is the main function of Law making
→Other functions like amending the constitution, electing the
Head of the State, controlling the activities of the Executves
and controlling the financial affairs of the executive.
→Executive is the main function which implements law and
other function.
→Executive is the Organ that carries out the policies and
resolutions of the Government
→Its chief functions are Administrative Functions, Military
Functions, Diplomatic Functions, Legal Functions & Economic
Functions.
→Judiciary is the main function which Interprets Law.
→Judiciary Function is related to the Court of Law
→The Supreme Court is the Highest Court of Justice in India.
→ High Court is the Highest Court of Justice within a State.
→The Constitution of India made a clear division of powers
between the Central and the State.
→Government of India include 3 Organs and Other Institutions
→Legislative includes some institutions like Lok Sabha &
Rajya Sabha.
→Judiciary Includes some institutions such as Supreme Court,
High Court, District Court & Magistrate Court.
