RNA interference (RNAi)
RNAi - mi-RNA, si-RNA
mi-RNA – Highly conserved 22 nucleotides long RNA sequences
In humans alone over 700 mi-RNAs have been
identified and fully sequenced
mi-RNAs in humans have a direct influence on at least
30% of the genes in the whole genome.
