Aims and Objectives  Boring bit This session will show how a VLE was used as a collaborative interactive tool during staff development to build and develop the sharing of good practice for induction and tutorials.  It will also show how learners contributed to the design of their own areas.
Question 1 How do you or your tutors collaborate?  In small huddles in the staff room In curriculum areas by emails Cross college Off the internet in the staff room while no one is looking  (we see you)
Question 2 Where do they do this? On shared drives which no one has cleared out since the last OFSTED inspection  By email which no one has time to check since last OFSTED or action On Memory Sticks and HDD (External Of Course)

Reason for the area LSIS Funding College wide need Induction and Tutorial Staff support needed. Tutors needed support to offer effective tutorial and induction material and session.
