How does the programme work ….?
• Interactive workshops to support your learning.
• Guided planning, support and feedback as you
complete each unit
• 1-2-1 assessments for each of your units
• Work based evidence from your current job to
demonstrate your knowledge, skills and
competencies
• Takes approx. 12-15 months to complete
Achieving an NVQ Diploma
• Demonstrating the skills, outcomes of effective
performance, behaviours, and knowledge and
understanding necessary to perform to a
National Standard. This will meet the
assessment criteria and learning outcomes
• Both assessment and development are key
features in the process of achieving an NVQ
• Coaching and planning support from your
assessor or trainer is integral to the process

• Workshop 2 : Team building , motivation and communication skills
Thursday 14th April 9.30 – 4.30 pm
• Workshop 3 : Understanding your stakeholders, planning and organising
and people management
Tues 17th May 9.30 – 4.30 pm
• Workshop 4: Morning - Innovation and managing change.
Thursday 26th May 9.30 – 4.30 pm
Afternoon Level 3 - Principles of business, sales and marketing
Level 5 – Design business processes
The Big Question….time?.. !!
• Workshops: 4 full days
• Assessments: lasting approximately 2 hours each
(number of assessments dependent on your unit
selection)
• Level 3 – short answer questions
• Preparation for assessment – collecting your
evidence will take some time
• Completion within 2 years of your registration
