SAUDI ARAMCO/SUMITOMO CHEMICAL CO.
Petro Rabigh Refining/Petrochemical Complex
Saudi Arabia
We carried out the feasibility study and overall FEED for
Saudi Aramco and Sumitomo Chemical to upgrade the
existing refinery to produce ethylene and propylene
petrochemical plant feedstocks for the associated world-scale
ethylene complex, based around a 1.3 mtpa ethane cracker
to produce polyethylene and mono-ethylene glycol.
We were the EPC contractor for the very significant utilities
and offsites facilities required to support one of the largest
integrated complexes ever to be built at one time.
EASTERN PETROCHEMICALS COMPANY
(SHARQ)
World-scale Petrochemical Complex Expansion
Saudi Arabia
We were the EPC contractor for the utilities and offsite for a
major expansion at SHARQ’s existing chemicals complex at
Al-Jubail, and FEED and program management contractor
for the entire expansion.
LUCITE INTERNATIONAL
Methyl Methacrylate (MMA) Plant
Singapore
We carried out the FEED/EPC for the new 120,000 tpa
plant producing methyl methacrylate. This is the first
commercial plant using Lucite International’s state-of-the-art
Alpha technology.
SHELL EASTERN PETROLEUM
EO/MEG Plant
Singapore
We carried out the basic design and engineering package,
and EPCm for a world-scale ethylene oxide/mono-ethylene
glycol plant and significant related refinery modifications,
part of a project known as the Shell Eastern Petrochemicals
Complex, which plans to capture the benefits of
oil-chemicals integration.

11. WOODSIDE
Pluto LNG
Australia
Responsible for the FEED and EPCm phases for the onshore
component of this 4.3 mtpa LNG facility with our JV partner.
The plant has been designed and is being built in modular
form. Around 250 modules and pre-assemblies were
fabricated in Thailand.
NSRP
Grassroots Refinery/Petrochemicals Project
Vietnam
We carried out the FEED for the 200,000 bpd Nghi Son
refinery and petrochemical project, designed to process
Kuwaiti crude, and comprising a fuels refinery based on
residue hydrodesulfurization feeding a residue catalytic
cracker integrated with petrochemical production. The
complex includes 30 process units, many of which are
licensed technology.
SAUDI ARAMCO
Khurais Crude Increment Program
Saudi Arabia
We completed the FEED for the whole full-field development
and, in JV, were the EPC contractor for the Khurais gas facility.
PETRONET LNG
New LNG Regasification Terminal
India
We were project management consultant for this new five
mtpa receiving terminal at Dahej, comprising two 140,000m3
above-ground cryogenic containment tanks with associated
process facilities for the storage and handling of LNG.
ONGC
C2/C3 facility
India
We were the project management consultant for a grassroots
facility associated with the removal of ethane, propane and
butane from LNG at Dahej, Gujarat, India. Our scope of
work included project management, quality assurance,
evaluation of technical bids for the EPC phase, review of
process design, review of basic and detailed design, and
provision of site supervision services as required during EPC
execution and commissioning.
ONGC
New Petrochemicals Complex
India
We provided technology consultancy services for a planned
new petrochemicals complex at Dahej comprising various
petrochemicals plant units, including an ethylene unit.
We supported ONGC in the selection and appointment
of technology licensors and the appointment of an EPC
contractor for the ethylene unit including the selection,
appointment and management of the EPC contractors for
the development of site infrastructure.
RELIANCE INDUSTRIES
Jamnagar Export Refinery
India
Process design and detailed engineering for a huge new
eight-drum 160,000 bpsd delayed coking unit, one of the
largest in the world, featuring our leading SYDECSM
delayed
coking technology. Thermal design, engineering, procurement,
and material supply of Foster Wheeler Terrace WallTM
delayed
coker heaters.
