SOLVED PROBLEMS, ENABLED PROJECTS, INCREASED SAFETY AND DELIVERED OPERATIONAL EFFICIENCES Over the past 12 months we have successfully delivered over 60 projects. From engineering trouble shooting, the delivery of complex equipment to hardware qualification testing, our intelligent engineering solutions have enabled successful project execution, increased operational safety levels, and saved our clients time and money. Here are just a select few to showcase our capabilities. CONSULTANCY EQUIPMENT TESTING 1. CAROUSEL CONSULTANCY Using our extensive experience of the design, build and operation of offshore carousels to resolve operational issues and reduce down time. 2. VIBRATION TROUBLESHOOTING Using our engineering skills and analysis / test capabilities to resolve a long term vibration issue on a series of offshore compressors (think, validate, solve!). 3. OFFSHORE ACCESS Fast track design of a Surfer ladder and access platform to allow safe and efficient crew transfer between offshore vessels and smaller transfer craft. 1. SUBSEA TETHER CLAMPS Turnkey design, build and qualification testing of two first of kind ultra- deepwater tether clamps to allow the successful development of the worlds deepest subsea production facility. 2. WIND TURBINE J-TUBE CLAMPS Development and supply of diver installed clamps to provide life time positioning of subsea power cables at a UK Offshore farm and ensure reliable power supply. 3. CYCLIC FATIGUE TEST RIG Design and build of an automated 4-point bend fatigue rig to allow qualification testing of subsea flexible flowlines. 4. UMBILICAL CLAMP HANDLING SYSTEM Fast track supply of a 20t SWL clamp handling system to improve the safety and efficiency of well intervention operations. 1. SMALL SCALE FRICTION TESTING Turnkey execution (including test rig design and manufacture) of a test programme to allow the evaluation of the friction properties of a large number of small scale pipe samples finished with range of surface textures and coatings. 2. SUBSEA VENT VALVE TESTING Development and delivery of a qualification testing program for a new generation subsea vent valve including hydrostatic, cycle and blow down tests up to 15,000 psi. 3. UMBILICAL CABLE TESTING Reduction of project risk by the evalution of the friction and crush properties of a subsea umbilical cable prior to installation. 4. ROV TOOL TESTING Qualification testing of a new generation of ROV tool prior to first commercial use. 1 2 3 2 3 4 1 2 3 4 1 INTELLIGENT ENGINEERING INTELLIGENT ENGINEERING
