This document outlines the agenda and details of a webinar course on idea management. The course will be delivered over 5 modules covering the theoretical background, idea generation, refinement, evaluation, and a final project. It will be offered both for credit and as an open online course. The course is organized by researchers at Karlstad University's Service Research Center and aims to prepare participants to work with idea management methods and theories and engage in discussion on current research topics. Requirements for the credit-bearing version include posts on specific modules that will only be visible to other course participants.
