The document reports on an activity in May 2023 funded by the European Commission to promote healthy eating habits among students. Younger students from Step-by-Step school presented and made their favorite healthy dishes. Older secondary students prepared authentic Romanian recipes with family help. Five experimented healthy recipes from each partner school were included in an electronic and printed brochure called "Healthy Food... Good Mood!" to raise awareness of the importance of diet.

2. HEALTHY FOOD, GOOD MOOD!
Students from 1st-grade Step-by-Step presented their favorite dish, followed by
making a healthy dessert in teams. The activity aimed to raise awareness of the
importance of a healthy diet.
