PROJECT OBJECTIVES
Developing the sense of belonging to a
multicultural community by increasing
awareness of the importance of
creating an inclusive and harmonious
school environment by respecting
diversity, promoting tolerance,
social equity, and equality.
Knowing the importance of well-being
in the school community by
establishing harmonious relationships
between all its members.
Increasing students' interest in school
by stimulating and developing/
exploiting their creativity.
Improving students' and teachers'
communication in English and
improving their skills in using digital
technologies and web 2.0 tools.

Through this project, the partner schools aim to
jointly find and promote inclusive teaching
strategies to improve learning outcomes, reduce
discomfort, develop each student's skills, apply
social equity, and combat absenteeism, school
dropout, and stereotypes of any kind.
The planned activities will address
educational issues regarding school inclusion,
health, and well-being through
interdisciplinary, interactive lessons,
practical activities, and cultural and sporting
events. Also, the topics of proposed learning/
teaching/training activities will represent
opportunities for personal development for the
participants. All locations where the project
activities will take place will become open
spaces for non-formal and informal learning.
Students’ involvement, originality, and creativity
are ways to draw attention to the stakeholders on
creating an inclusive school environment.
A special focus will be on involving students with
social problems and disabilities.
The results of the project will enrich and
diversify the teaching materials of the partner
schools: a Methodological guide, a program for an
optional course entitled "United in diversity",
a dictionary of emotions, posters, drawings, songs,
photos, brochures with culinary recipes or literary
creations, educational games, the script for the
final show „Together, in harmony”
and many multimedia materials.
All these, by posting them online, will become real
educational resources for those interested.
Based on the knowledge and experiences
gained as a result of the project implementation,
the participants will become more confident in their
ability to think critically, take the initiative, search
for solutions, and work in a team.
At the same time, they will improve their digital
and communication skills in English.
