I analysed the context, mapped the Go-to-Market
strategy used over the years, identified
problems, bench-marked against competitors,
evaluated GTM models of other unorganized
players in the market.As a part of my
recommendations, I devised 4 new models to
increase the direct distribution in 4 town classes
each and piloted the same.

Play the quiz on an individual basis; the objective is to improve your
knowledge and competencies

you will have access to google. You should know how to search, where to
search and what are credible information sources.

1. FIRST CALL - CONTEXT SETTING
Discuss with the mentor your Project Objective, Approach & Methodology
and timelines
2. SECOND CALL - REVIEW
Mentor will review your project and also your work-in-progress final
presentation
3. THIRD CALL - FINAL PRESENTATION REVIEW
Present your final presentation to mentor for feedback and review.
First Call
Around 7th Day of internship
Prepare the Summer Internship Project plan and
submit it to the mentor through GoCrackIt platform. 
Mentor will discuss about the project objectives and
the plan and provide you inputs for the same. 
Discuss your role, company's pain points, key
people/stakeholders and your plan to navigate these. 
Do study the industry, company and trends very well
before the call ; in order to understand the mentor's
inputs better
Do ask the mentors if you have any specific
challenges/questions.
Second Call
Around 25th Day of internship
Prepare a Work-in-progress presentation of your final
report and submit it to the mentor through GoCrackIt
platform
Discuss with mentor about the progress in your
project
Do ask the mentors if you have any specific
challenges/questions.
Third Call
Around 45th Day of internship
Prepare the final presentation and submit it to the
mentor through the GoCrackIt platform
Present it to mentor as if you are presenting it to the
people in the organization.
Incorporate the feedback in your final presentation.

  • 19. 02 You will be playing quizzes on industries, functions, companies, tools. Quizzes will lead you to relevant reading material, to help you uncover pieces of the puzzle. These are not exhaustive. But should exhaust you. Quizzes
  • 20. Ground rules for Quizzes 1. INDIVIDUAL EFFORT Play the quiz on an individual basis; the objective is to improve your knowledge and competencies 2. GOOGLE EXHAUSTIVELY These are open book, open google quizzes. Even in a real work situation, you will have access to google. You should know how to search, where to search and what are credible information sources. 3. ONLY ONE RIGHT ANSWER We have made it easy - there is just one right answer for each question

You can take the quiz anytime during the two-day time period. 5. SCORES AND ANSWERS You will receive your scores and answers after the two-day time period is over. 6.   • 27. Mentoring Calls 1. FIRST CALL - CONTEXT SETTING Discuss with the mentor your Project Objective, Approach & Methodology and timelines 2. SECOND CALL - REVIEW Mentor will review your project and also your work-in-progress final presentation 3. THIRD CALL - FINAL PRESENTATION REVIEW Present your final presentation to mentor for feedback and review.

First Call Around 7th Day of internship Prepare the Summer Internship Project plan and submit it to the mentor through GoCrackIt platform.  Mentor will discuss about the project objectives and the plan and provide you inputs for the same.  Discuss your role, company's pain points, key people/stakeholders and your plan to navigate these.  Do study the industry, company and trends very well before the call ; in order to understand the mentor's inputs better Do ask the mentors if you have any specific challenges/questions.
  • 29. Second Call Around 25th Day of internship Prepare a Work-in-progress presentation of your final report and submit it to the mentor through GoCrackIt platform Discuss with mentor about the progress in your project Do ask the mentors if you have any specific challenges/questions.
  • 30. Third Call Around 45th Day of internship Prepare the final presentation and submit it to the mentor through the GoCrackIt platform Present it to mentor as if you are presenting it to the people in the organization. Incorporate the feedback in your final presentation.
