What impact Bid Coach workshops had on clients effectiveness in interviews and presentations. The results demonstrate how much more effective the communications were when adequate preparation time and energy was focused into preparing a team for an interview.
Our workshops forces on; developing the key messages / win themes, structuring the information to both answer the questions posed and provide the data in an interesting and memorable way. We then get the team totally prepared by practicing their section of the presentation, the handovers, their interaction with the support materials and each other. In addition we focus on achieving a team dynamic across the group, designed to build rapport, credibility and trust with the prospective client.
Inevitably a question and answer session will follow the presentation so we coach the team on asking and answering questions, active listening, verbal and non-verbal communication techniques.
