o Materials Control ( IN – OUT) Sub-Production (Re-packing - Re-branding)
o Inspect the Documents (PO, LDN, GRN), Register & Job of assigned staff with acknowledgment.
o Supervising; House keeping, safety outdoor stock, Space management, limitation level of stacking.
o Every Transaction is completed as per FIFO (Purchase, Production & Dispatch).
o Plan Stacking and Racking according to Material to Stock (MTS) or Material to Order (MTO)
o Hazardous & Non Hazardous Storages according to MSDS (MATERIAL SAFETY DATA SHEET )
o Brief the Staff with Safety & Health issue; “ Safety gear to be worn & followed”
o Analyzing error entries, tracking & tracing & updating the system
