• Create shipping plan on monthly basis with 90% tolerance.
• Communicate the plan to customer support, planners and sales managers and clear the hassles that
stops shipments
• Coordinate with overseas and domestic suppliers on imports
• Liaise with forwarders on import and export clearance
• Rate negotiations with the local forwarders and gather details for the international rate bid
• Provide shipping documents to customers for exports
• Coordinate with SGS, TUV, BUREAU VERITAS and Chamber of Commerce for various certification
requirements for the Middle East and Africa customers.
• Communicate to customers and warehouse regarding the upcoming export shipments.
• Plan and liaise with warehouse on allocating and releasing the inventory for the designated clients
