• Will have a virtual tour of their office premises & their functioning
• Have domain related courses, so that students can equip themselves with that
knowledge

• Have student & professionals meet on regular basis so that they meet face to

• Student is allowed to experience Industry in brief before they choose their
discipline
• They talk to experts and list out the courses that they need to study to
equip them for the jobs they like
• They select these course and make a customized degree for themselves.
• Some other courses can be added as compulsory and generic courses for
all students by profesors.
Disruptive Idea
Before graduation, join the industry that students thinks he/she likes and
study for gradation in parallel.
• Student joins the industry that he/she thinks they like before graduation.
• Companies should have entry level jobs for such students.
• Students learn various skills on job or with trainings from companies
• Once they realize this the job they like to do, they pick up graduation
course that suits them.
• Else they can hop to next job to get a feel of it.
• Students can be given a year to try out various jobs before they finalize on
the graduation degree
• This is disruptive because mindset of students, professors & parents
should change to give away an year just for trying rather than doing a job
that they don’t like for rest of their lives.
