This document proposes two ideas to help engineering graduate Sam become more employable:
1. A mentorship program where students meet with alumni and professors to learn about industry trends and skills needed. A journey map shows the process of students booking mentors and getting guidance.
2. Training students in innovation, creativity and entrepreneurship to invent tools/machines and showcase them, increasing employability and potential for starting businesses. A journey map outlines the process of students applying, undergoing training, forming teams to create products and showcasing inventions.
Reflections note students' excitement for entrepreneurship training and propose online access, collaboration with other schools, and exploring funding prototypes.
